Data and Information
1. Official emails/ APPS/ software’s/ websites/ phone/ PC/ Laptops etc. are for official purposes only. It is restricted for their private use.
2. The Data stored in the mentioned official articles will be monitored regularly by the Institution. If any personal data is used to store in the articles mentioned, the Institution can take legal action against the Teacher.
3. If the Institution or the authorized person asks to monitor the articles, the Teacher must provide the same to the Institution or the authorized person without objection.
4. It is the duty of the Teacher to punch in and punch out the location tracker (Track wick). If the same is not done by the Teacher, then the Institution is not responsible for the location tracking outside the official Period.
5. The official data must not be shared by the Teacher to students/ parents/ any outsider etc.
