First Month or Training Period
1. The Teacher must take classes during the training period based on home tuition/ Group Classes/ Online Tuition, etc.
2. The Teacher before joining the institute will make sure that he is aware of sector-wise local locations. It is also the Teacher's responsibility to ensure that he is aware of the local area where he would take home tuition and had visited it physically.
3. It is the responsibility of the Teacher to provide his educational documents to the Institution for verification and to cooperate with the Institution for his police verification, house verification etc. the Teacher must provide documents to the Institution that will be used for the present verification. The salary for the first month will be paid to the Teacher only if the verification process is completed. If the verification process is not completed, the salary will not be provided to the Teacher, and the Teacher will not be able to claim for it.
4. The Teacher must clear the test conducted by the Institution After the training, to join the institution. If the teacher doesn't pass the test, then the institution has full right to extend the training period until the teachers pass the test and has full right to modify for an agreed salary based on teachers test performance
5. Any teacher employed in the institution cannot resign from the institution within 3 months of the date of his employment which shall commence after the completion of one month of training in the institution.
6. Training Period is calculated on No of days. (24 days working are compulsory to complete one month training and so on)
