In Case of Resignation/Termination
1. The Teacher must serve the notice three months before his resignation from the institute. If the
examinations of the students are within 3 months from the date of notice, then the Teacher will
be responsible for completing the syllabus of the students.
2. It is mandatory to hand over all the assets of the Institute (if he/she has anything) before final
calculation of payment. After all full settlement, Institute will pay remain salary as per schedule.
3. If the warning letter is issued to the Teacher by the Institution, the 3 months' time notice is
included in the issuance of warning notice.
4. In case of resignation/termination. The calculated salary will be only payable after 25-30 days
after the date of resignation/termination.
5. In the case when anyone leaves without completing the resignation period then casual leaves,
incentives, and gazette holidays will not be calculated also their salary will also not be payable
under any conditions.
6. If in this period/ any staff or teacher violates the rules and regulations, then their salary might be
on hold, or it may not be payable.
7. In case of regular complaint/bad behavior/no improvement of the Teacher, the Institution can
terminate the Teacher by issuing only one month's notice. viii). If the teacher failed to show
his/her improvement or performance or if the students remained dissatisfied. In such a case, the
institution has the right to terminate the teacher's service.
8. Teacher will be strictly prohibited from making any review on the social sites/ organization/ or to
parents After the resignation/ termination. If the act of the review is found by the Teacher against
the Institution, then legal action will be taken against them and that action will be taken at the
cost of the Teacher only.
9. Sharing Any Personal social Media link like WhatsApp, YouTube channel, Instagram, phone
number for any purpose to students or other employees leads to immediate termination without
any payment.
10. Teachers are strictly not allowed to discuss or disclose any information about the institute such
as discussion regarding time / payments/ salary/ leaves or any personal information to the
students or parents. If the Teacher is found doing so, the Institution can terminate the Teacher
without notice to Teacher. xii).If the teacher leaves the job during Board Exams, then the teacher
will have to pay 3 months' salary to the institute as a penalty before leaving the job. xiii). After
leaving the institution, the teacher needs to take care of the following things, which will or is likely
to subject the institution to any kind of loss, for the next 12 months: -
a) They cannot do any kind of academic work/ cannot open any institute within the area of 5 km of
the institution.
b) They cannot conduct/hire/join/appoint/work in any new kind of academic work in collaboration
with another member/clients/students/information related to the institution in the past 12 months.
c) No teacher shall be allowed to meet/teach/call/talk with the person concerned with the institution.
d) No one can Directly/Indirectly work with Direct competitor's) Institution will take strict action if any teacher harasses or tries to harass any other staff member
or students belonging to the institution in any manner either by his conduct in connection with other
organizations or people.
This agreement has been signed by the parties
