1. The Institution will have full right to take proper action to maintain the Institute's welfare. Institute can Decrease the salary, decrease work hours, decrease days, etc. if required.

2. No incentives will be given in this period.

3. Institution will be only liable to pay the salary as per the taking the Class Online/ offline.

4. In the case of Offline Classes, no payment will be deducted if the teacher is taking more than 80% of offline classes. If it goes less than 80% then only 70% of the salary payable for the first month and from the second month onward would be 50%.
