Incentives

1. Overtime will be calculated at 1.5 times the salary.

2. If Extra Leave is taken in the same month, then primarily the extra leaves will be compensated by the overtime.

3. It will be provided only when the teacher has completed their 100 % work paid working Hours (no. of working days of the month x no. of allotted hours per day for taking classes)

4. For free hours or free Students, it is not countable.
