Notice Period and Termination
1. During the probation period described above, either party may terminate the employment by
giving the other party 10 days' notice or 10 days salary in lieu thereof to the other party, subject to
the release date being approved by the Company.
2. After confirmation of the services, either party may terminate the employment by giving a
minimum of 2 Months' notice to the other party.
3. The Company may terminate/suspend your services, at its discretion, at any time immediately
upon written notice to you, if it has been alleged and prima facie established, through preliminary
internal inquiry that you have committed (a) any heinous criminal act or any offence involving
moral turpitude (the term "Moral Turpitude" includes crimes having an inherent quality of
baseness, vileness or depravity with respect to a person's duty to the society in general.), (b)
sexual harassment (adjudicated guilty as per the Company's policy and local laws) or (c) other act that threatens or is likely to damage Company's reputation or work culture, fraud, cheating
with the company, misguiding the or cheating the clients etc.
