PayMent Distribution.

Payment ( Profitable income ) will be Distributed equally Between Frenchisee owners and Frenchisor. 

  1. 50 %  income  of Frenchisee owner will be Dibusred within 3 Days of Students Payment and Remaing 50% will Payment Will be Distribued on 30th Days*.
  2. If  a students cancelled the admission and ask for full Refund then this is Frenchisee owner responsibilty to refund the amount which he has collected within 3 days of Studenst admission.
  3. The Payment of Teacher will be distributed on Every 30th Days based on the no of hours he worked in Particular Month.
Payment Distribution Between Frenchise and Frenchisor

  1. *Miscllaneous Expanditure* may Be office Rent , Staff Salary, Electricity , Telehone Bill , Personal Advertisment cost Etc. - it Depends on mutual Understanding and Decisions.
  2. Profitable Imcome = Students Payment - Teachers Salary - Miscllaneous Expanditure*
  3. *50% will Payment Will be Distribued on 30th Days because  it will be kept for refund Purpose, if any students admission gets cancelled their admission within 30 Days
